Shipping & Return Details

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Products generally ship out within 4-5 business days. This could take longer if customizations are needed.
  • We generally use USPS Priority Shipping which can take 1-3 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • The above means that from the time you place your order, it could take 5-8 business days for it to reach you.
  • We will send you tracking information once your shipping label has been created.
  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
  • We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. 

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

APO/FPO SHIPPING

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

  • The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO”.
  • The State must be selected as either “AA” “AE” or “AP”.
  • The country must be the United States.
  • You must enter your Zip code.
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items purchased from ariandaura.com. All items that do not qualify for our 30-day money back guarantee will have special messaging on their individual product pages. Please note that this includes all personalized items as they have been customized to your specific desires and they are not available for resale.

Merchandise cannot be returned if personalized.

Receiving Credit on Your Return

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s) at the address we provide to you in our email correspondence. Be advised that you will only be refunded for the product(s) returned (minus shipping charges) as we will be providing you with a prepaid shipping label. The number of days the credit will take to post will depend on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.

PayPal and Venmo Payments

If the purchase was made via PayPal or Venmo then the refund will return to the PayPal or Venmo account used to purchase. This will appear as a credit in your PayPal or Venmo account which you can use to make a purchase, or request to withdraw from PayPal or Venmo to your bank account. Login to your PayPal or Venmo account to get started.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us via email at ariandaurainfo@gmail.com – If you are making an exchange because of a damaged product, we cannot guarantee that we can replace that product with an exact replica. Due to the techniques we use during our hand making processes, there might slight differences in each piece. Some pieces have a limited quantity, and once that quantity has been sold out, we may not be able to make a replica.

Items Not Eligible For Return

Some items are not eligible for a return. These items will have additional information included on their product pages – these items include the following:
• Gift Cards
• Items benefitting charities
• Personalized Items
• Items listed as final sale or exclusive

Extended Holiday Returns

Most items purchased in-person or online from November 15th through December 31st, are returnable until January 31st.

Damaged Products

Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and sent them to ariandaurainfo@gmail.com, and please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.
